Wholesale Partnership Eligibility

At DAL’S INTERIORS LTD, we believe in forming meaningful and professional relationships with select retail and trade partners. To qualify for a wholesale account, applicants must meet one of the following:

  • Own or operate a physical retail location (with or without an online store), OR

  • Run an established, professionally managed e-commerce business with a proven customer base.

Please note:

  • Reselling our products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.

  • Wholesale accounts are not available for personal use or unregistered businesses.

  • All applications will be reviewed and verified. We reserve the right to accept or deny wholesale access at our discretion.


Wholesale Orders & Invoicing

To place a wholesale order, please contact our team directly at support@dalsinteriors.shop.
Invoices are available upon request and are issued in British Pounds (£ GBP).

By placing a wholesale order, you confirm your understanding and agreement to all terms outlined in this policy.


Pricing & Discounts

All wholesale prices are listed in GBP and are exclusively available to approved trade buyers.
Our wholesale pricing reflects significant savings and is not eligible for further promotional discount codes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing for large or recurring orders.

Orders using unauthorized discounts or coupons will be automatically canceled.


Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch. We do not currently offer credit or net payment terms.

Accepted payment methods will be outlined upon account approval.

Any delays or stock issues will be communicated immediately.

Damages or Discrepancies

All products are carefully checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Send an email to support@dalsinteriors.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will respond within 24 hours to resolve the matter swiftly.
