1. How long does shipping take?

Once your order is processed (within 1–3 business days), delivery typically takes 3–6 business days across the UK.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can use that link to follow the progress of your delivery.


4. What is your return policy?

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


6. Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all orders within the UK — no minimum spend required.
